Membrane maker Niber boosts branding ahead of market launch
Niber Technologies, a maker of electrospun membranes, has appointed Tomas Vucurevic, head of Armenian branding agency Braind, as chief brand advisor. One of few industrial scale manufacturers of these highly breathable, nonwoven membranes, Niber seeks to stand out as a recognised ingredient brand.
“Building an ingredient brand is a deliberate step for us—a direct signal of the seriousness and ambition, and of how we see Niber evolving as a company,” commented Niber Technologies co-founder Jaemin Park.
“Building an ingredient brand is fundamentally about making complex technology legible. What makes this particularly exciting for me is the opportunity to do this with a next-generation, Asia-based company that brings a true end-to-end perspective, in an industry that has long been shaped by established Western ingredient brands. There is a unique energy and clarity of intent in the Niber team, and my role is to help translate that into an attractive brand system the market can connect with,” said Tomas Vucurevic, who in addition to his work at Braind and Niber, also hosts a podcast on ingredient branding (HeroInside).
