Jeanologia brings new cutting solution to ITMA Asia

The company says the new development increases the speed of the laser by up to 30%, offering greater productivity in the manufacturing of jeans. It also gives more precise control over production and real-time costs.
Jeanologia will conduct live demonstrations of the Flexi Pro, the machinery that incorporates the faster laser, for visitors to its booth at the show.
Borja Trenor, director of the company’s Asia Pacific division, says the technology is an “opportunity for an industry model change”. It is designed to help with the growing cost of production in China by increasing productivity and lowering costs.
The Spanish company is also using ITMA Asia 2016 to present its Dummy Pro technology, which can be used on all sizes and fits. It has an automatic download feature, which reduces handling and transition times.
