It follows on from the success of the Den/IM collection it launched last year. Santoni worked with garment finishing technology provider Tonello, denim manufacturer Unitin and fibre manufacturer Lenzing on this collection, which was designed to show how knit denim could be a viable alternative to traditional activewear materials.
The companies have now collaborated again on Den/IM 2.0, which employs body-mapping technology to offer a better fit and improved performance.
The new collection uses Santoni’s seamless knitted technology, sustainable wash treatments from Tonello and advanced indigo knit fabrics from Unitin. It also incorporates Lenzing’s Tencel fibres, which offer good moisture wicking properties to the material.
