EOG launches new website for industry, public and members

European Outdoor Group (EOG) has launched a new website, intended to be a resource for the industry, general public and the association’s 113 members.

The redesign reflects the group’s work in areas such as market research, responsibility and sustainability, trade events, and public affairs. A dedicated hub for EOG members has additional content, including detailed information from research projects such as State of Trade.

The site also links to work by partner organisations such as the European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) and the It’s Great Out There Coalition (IGOT), it has a content management system for easier updating, and is optimised for viewing on all devices.

“The EOG has a big remit and works on some major projects for its members and the outdoor industry, from providing robust market data to tackling big issues such as single use plastics,” said EOG head of marketing and communications Dan Thompson, who managed the project. “The success of our association has been built on encouraging and coordinating effective collaboration on key topics and our new website clearly reflects that approach.”
