An urban adventure: Satisfy x Our Legacy Workshop
Paris-based technical running brand Satisfy has teamed up with the creative atelier arm of Stockholm label Our Legacy on a capsule performance wear collection made entirely from surplus, upcycled materials (some of which Satisfy described as “rescued”).
Lightweight tops included in the collection have been made from silky, pigment-dyed, cool-to-the-touch Deltapeak fabric by Teijin.
Shorts feature a three-inch (around 7.6 centimetres) liner crafted from Satisfy’s proprietary Justice fabric, reportedly inspired by medical bandage technology and made collaboratively with a “traditional French silk-maker”. (According to Satisfy’s website, Justice material is 35% lighter and dries 65% faster than generic running gear.)
The shorts’ outer shell is Ripstop technical silk, complete with a four-pocket system for “essentials”. They sit “weightlessly” on the body, Satisfy said, “allowing for full immersion in the transcendental exhaustion brought on by a good run”.
The Parisian brand described the capsule as a streamlined full kit for urban adventurers.
Our Legacy Workshop’s signature yin and yang logo features in reflective print on every garment.
