Canada Goose moves into rental in the UK
Cold-weather clothing and footwear brand Canada Goose has entered into the UK rental market as part of an ongoing partnership with national department store Selfridges.
Exclusive to the retailer’s website and flagship address on London’s Oxford Street, Selfridges' curation will evolve with the seasons, it said, from heavier padded down coats and vests in winter to lightweight, rain- and wind-ready jackets better suited to a British springtime. The brand’s padded Crofton and Cypress styles, made with a 100% recycled nylon shell, feature prominently in the initial edit, as does its Kind fleece fabric.
Additional product categories are also expected to be included as time goes on.
Articles are rentable for either four, eight, ten or twenty days at a time, starting from £55 ($68) at the lower end.
