ANTA Sports partners with HKRITA

The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel (HKRITA) has announced that it has signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ANTA Sports, the controlling shareholder of Amer Sports. Another MOU has been signed with the China Textile Academy (CTA), a research and industry 4.0 institute, also on the mainland.

For the sports brand, HKRITA intends to focus on sustainability and performance-enhancing technologies. Other key focus areas for the partnerships include the development of new fibres, smart manufacturing devices and concepts and regenerated textiles.
