Ackermann diverts Canada Goose’s flight path

Canada Goose has unveiled a fashion-forward second collection from creative director Haider Ackermann, designed under the brand’s heritage label, Snow Goose, and featuring model Lara Stone.

The designer said he wanted to create something “unpredictable” and “rebellious” for spring-summer 25.

“The images are just a little disorienting; to make people pause and question their perceptions of what a collection for Canada Goose could look like, how it could be styled and photographed,” he commented.
Pulling from the 70-year archive of Canada Goose, pieces have been reimagined in more breathable forms: nylon shorts, ultra-light rain jackets, airy cotton parkas and lightweight utility pants.

Collection highlights include the Valor Parka, a workwear-inspired iteration of the FW24 Rider Parka with utilitarian pocketing, now adapted for warmer weather; and The Zephyr Jacket, a three-layer technical windbreaker featuring vented underarms for enhanced breathability.
