A producer of synthetic and semi-synthetic fibres, including elastane and manmade cellulosic fibres, Xinxiang Bailu is said to have the largest viscose production capacity in the world.
In the past year or so, Circ has formed similar partnerships with Arvind in India (for both recycled polyester and lyocell) and Tangshan Sanyou, another major Chinese MMCF producer. The company based in Virgina also has plans to build a recycling facility in France and is working with Portuguese company Selenis on scaling up production of textile-to-textile recycled polyester.
