Fulgar’s Q-Nova featured in novel technical socks
R-Evenge, a ‘barefoot’ sock brand, has chosen Fulgar’s mechanically recycled yarn, Q-Nova for a range of technical wellness socks. R-Evenge’s products are designed to ‘encourage a more direct connection with the ground and greater awareness of plantar sensations’. Foot biomechanics thus inform the designs of the brand that produces all of its products in Italy.
Four new references are made from Q-Nova: one pair for bodyweight workouts, stretching and functional training; one with a separated big toe to improve stability during yoga practice; a pair with a non-slip sole for Pilates; and a pair designed for aquafitness, which is said to provide traction and protection even in wet environments.
“Q-Nova was created with the specific goal of providing brands with a responsible solution that delivers uncompromising quality, performance and comfort,” commented Daniela Antunes, Fulgar’s marketing manager.
