Hires to build on 30% e-commerce growth at Deckers

Footwear group Deckers, owner of the UGG and outdoor brands, has made two senior appointments to help build its omni-channel infrastructure after increasing e-commerce by 30% last year.

Brad Willis was appointed to senior vice-president of IT and will support the direct-to-consumer expansion. He will focus on strengthening Deckers' ability to integrate and streamline product sourcing and distribution across all channels.

John Kalinich was promoted to senior vice-president of omni-channel operations and e-commerce, which last year contributed 10% of total revenues.
