Good start to the year for footwear giant Yue Yuen

Footwear manufacturer Yue Yuen has reported a 7% sales rise for January to $763.5 million.

It ended 2015 on a high, with sales rising 5% to $8.4 billion.

The Taiwan-headquartered group makes shoes for most of the big sportswear brands, including Nike, Puma and Timberland.
