Black Yak will use Hyosung’s high-performance fibres in its products, including the incorporation of its odour-neutralising materials in a range of T-shirts and underwear.
Hyosung has developed a highly functional nylon and polyester yarn called “Freshgear”, as well as the “creora Fresh” spandex material.
The two companies will also work together to develop new fabrics. They hope to use each other’s global sales network to boost their presence in the global textile and outdoor fashion markets.
