Microban boosts European presence with new UK distributor

The company has said the move means these products will be available to UK retailers, brands and manufacturers for the first time.
“As one of the most well-respected names in textile chemicals, Texchem excels in forming key relationships with manufacturers and major apparel, furnishings, home textile, technical textile and healthcare brands in their territory,” said Lisa Owen, vice president of Microban’s global textiles division. “We believe the Microban/Texchem partnership will lead the way for odor control innovations in the critical UK market.”
The partnership with Texchem is the latest step in Microban’s efforts to expands its sales presence in European markets. The company is aiming to develop close ties with production facilities across the globe so that it can offer more regional support and faster turnaround times to its customers.
