Gore-Tex makes impact at Paris Men's Fashion Week
The fabrics division of WL Gore hosted an exhibition during Paris Men’s Fashion Week (January 16-18) to showcase the creative design and functionality of its Gore-Tex products. 

The exhibition, entitled ‘Selected Memories of Functionality’, aimed to offer insights into the qualities that Gore-Tex technologies can bring to fashion and lifestyle collections. The products, which included Shakedry and Infinium, were chosen by stylist and creative consultant, Stephen Mann. 

Benedikt Schlichting, head of Performance Wear at Gore, said: “It is in this spirit that ‘Selected Memories of Functionality’ was conceived, an exhibition, video installation and book that visitors can experience when visiting the showroom. While the focus of the project is on archival pieces and current styles, each element will also explore possibilities for the future – both immediate and more distant – of functional apparel and footwear.”
