Graphene grip comes to OCR World Championships

                        The UK-based brand, which was founded in 2003, has a history of developing shoes for participants in this sport, which involves tackling a pre-defined range of obstacles on uneven and often treacherous surfaces.
In these challenging conditions, inov-8 has highlighted the benefits of its G-Series products, which feature graphene-enhanced outsoles that are said to offer superior grip. It officially launched them in June 2018,
Sandra Sawyer, sponsorship director for the OCR World Championships, said: “It’s a true testament to inov-8’s revolutionary and superior lightweight, breathable and gripping footwear that we are teaming up with this industry icon again for the 2019 championships. Our athletes deserve the best so that they can conquer the course and compete at a global level.”
The event is returning to London this year, having taken place in the UK for the first time in 2018. It will run from October 10-13, with more than 5,000 obstacle course racers expected to take part.
