TNF again draws from Nike talent pool
VF Corporation-owned outdoor brand The North Face (TNF) has appointed two new hires, Sophie Bambuck and Jennifer Ingraffea, to its C-suite.
Ms Bambuck has assumed the role of chief marketing officer, while Ms Ingraffea has joined as the company’s chief product and merchandising officer.
Both executives have previously spent over a decade apiece at activewear brand Nike, with the former also serving in senior roles at Everlane and Converse (part of the Nike portfolio) in recent years.
Ms Ingraffea moves directly over from Nike, where she was latterly global vice-president of kids’ footwear product merchandising.
Another Nike alumna, Nicole Otto, commenced work as global brand president at TNF back in June, following more than 15 years at the Beaverton, Oregon-based sportswear giant.
