IAF deal opens door to Hong Kong designers
The International Apparel Federation (IAF) and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Textiles (HKGCOT) will exchange knowledge on innovation, apparel markets and business opportunities after the signing of an memorandum of understanding between the parties.

The IAF says it will give members an important connection in the vibrant fashion industry of Hong Kong by attracting fashion entrepreneurs from Hong Kong to IAF’s international Conventions and vice versa.

For Hong Kong’s designers, it creates opportunities for international exposure. Last year, HKGCOT signed an MoU with IAF member American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA).
