Renewed focus on UK for Columbia

US sportswear brand Columbia has stepped up its efforts to build its reputation in the UK with a series of new appointments.

Eoin Treacy has been appointed as Columbia’s sales and marketing manager for the UK & Ireland. He spent seven years as marketing manager at ASICS.

Jordan Kerber will join Columbia’s sales team as sales representative for UK North region. He has spent the last 15 years at Nike in variety in a variety of sectors including marketing, merchandising, operations and sales. His most recent role was sports marketing operations manager for the UK market.

“In Europe the Columbia brand is on a very solid growth path, and now we are ready to ignite our sales growth in the UK,” said Andy Barker, general manager for Columbia in the UK & Ireland, who recently returned to the UK to lead the brand’s business there.
