Polygiene's China distribution is flourishing

In joining hands with an experienced local supplier and distributor, Polygiene hopes to achieve similar levels of success with sales of its textile applications as it has seen in the hard-surface segment, for which it has pursued a similar strategy in China, the company said. Collaborating with local partners with well-established networks will expand its in-country presence, but at the same time help to keep costs relatively low.
The agreement was signed last year and “quickly” resulted in “positive developments”, Polygiene chief executive, Ulrika Björk, commented. The distributor has already become one of the firm’s biggest customers in the freshness segment and has so far delivered to Fila China, fibre producer Shenghong Holdings Group and more.
