Under Armour adds experience to leadership team

Kip Fulks, who was the first partner of Under Armour founder Kevin Plank, will take on the role of chief product officer. He was served in a variety of leadership roles within the company since it was founded. His new responsibilities will include driving the strategy and integration of category management, marketing, product, merchandising, innovation and sourcing, so that the brand continues to supply top-quality products for its athletes.
“As my first partner, Kip has played an instrumental role in building the Under Armour Brand and has demonstrated superior leadership across the organization for the past 20 years," said Mr Plank.
Under Armour has also appointed Colin Browne as president of global sourcing. He was most recently vice president and managing director of VF corporation and brings over 25 years of experience leading the sourcing divisions of large brands.
Andy Donkin, former head of worldwide mass and brand marketing at Amazon, will join Under Armour as chief marketing officer. He will oversee all of the brand’s global marketing initiatives, where he will use his vast expertise in technology and innovation.
