Black Diamond rethinks apparel design strategy

In his new role, Mr Bush will lead the company’s efforts to increase its direct contact with its core consumer. He previously served as vice president of product and design at Mountain Hardwear, as well as spending time as creative manager for softgoods at Burton Snowboards. He has also worked on design projects with brands such as Fjallraven, Oakley and Nike.
Black Diamond also announced the appointment of Radikha Ray to the newly created position of vice president of strategy and investor relations. She will be in charge of further streamlining the company’s operations, helping to communicate organisational strategies to its investors, and assisting in the holding company’s redeployment and diversification strategy.
