The Textile Exchange has named the top 10 users of recycled polyester and the top users of lyocell as part of a new report on ‘preferred materials’.

Nike is the biggest user of recycled polyester, followed by the North Face, Target, H&M and Puma.
The North Face last year committed to phase out all non-recycled polyester by 2016.

The next five are kitchenware company Williams-Sonoma, G-Star Raw, Mountain Equipment Co-op, Kering-owned skate brand Volcom and Columbia-owned yoga brand PrAna.

The top five users of lyocell are Inditex, H&M, Target, G-Star Raw and Eileen Fisher.
