Bosideng continues its ascent
Chinese outerwear group Bosideng has reported full-year revenues for fiscal 2022 increased by 20% year on year, achieving $2.4 billion or ¥16.2 billion.

The company, best known in international markets for the premium-priced down jackets it sells under eponymous banner label Bosideng, also registered its biggest-ever profit of $307 million (¥2.06 billion).

In a bid to shake off its more mass-market image in China, the flagship brand announced last winter that it would gradually raise its prices beyond the ¥2,000 (around $300) mark over three years.

The business has been supporting Chinese expeditions to Mount Everest since 1998.
