MarediModa brings the sea to Milano Unica
A group of European textiles under the banner of MarediModa will be returning to Milan this week to showcase their swimwear and athleisure-focused offerings for spring-summer 27 at the Milano Unica textiles fair.
MarediModa has its main home in Cannes in autumn, but has been supporting a group of companies to attend the Milan show under its banner.
The Lycra Company will attend as official partner of MarediModa, presenting its latest developments using renewable Lycra EcoMade fibre, produced partly from plant-based raw materials. This solution guarantees the same performance as the original fibre with a reduced environmental impact and will be highlighted in garments by Arena and Carvico.
Claudio Taiana, president of MarediModa, said: “This January will be our fourth edition of MarediModa at Milano Unica and the results have been positive. We bring our history and our approach to trade shows to Milan, sharing the same values and the same attitude in promoting high-end European fabrics.
“At the fair, visitors will have access to a dedicated area, a fair within the fair, where a selection of companies from the MarediModa circuit will present the best collections of fabrics and accessories for beachwear, lingerie, and athleisure for summer 2027.”
